I had brought in my car this past July after it had started making a "thunking" sound internally everytime I drove it. Like something was loose and just rattling all over the place inside my car. I took it to this Les Schwab location to see if they could get it fixed and after waiting for about 30 mins, they quoted me about $2.1k+ for my left tire rods and more saying that it was worn down but they didn't know the actual true cause of it. I knew my tire rods couldn't have been worn down because I had gotten them replaced a year ago before that, they thought it could've been a loose sway bar link, anything. But at the end of it all, they did not know what it was. I thought what they were saying was ridiculous! So I took it to the dealership, turns out it was just a loose sway bar link and some other loose parts that I only had to pay a little less than $1,000. Not only did I get a better deal at the dealership, there was less headache and they actually know what they were doing and what was wrong with my car! Also, one of my buddies from high school works here and he said that the owner of this Les Schwab is greedy and tries to upcharge his customers. Safe to say I will never be ext

I hate this place. We will never get tires here again. They charge to much, always seem to find something else wrong. We think they fixed it all and find out they didn't. And then add another thousand. When we ask why they didn't check it all they shut their shoulders. Today I went in with a hole in my tire. It was 7:25 am when I arrived. No one else is there for customers. NO ONE! They tell me that it will be 45 min since the crew doesn't show up till 8. OK, that's reasonable. 8 comes and there all standing there bullshiting a customer comes in needing a full set of tires. Then another comes in, she has a whole in her tire. Then the crew that has been shit chatting in the garage at 8:05 decides to work. No begging, I know how it is. I worked construction. I know how the mornings start. So I sit there and watch. 4 employees working the garage. First customer out the door is the man that got a new set of tires. Next, the girl that came on with a leak. Finally at 9 am they get mine done. Thanks for another reason i will not use you again!

I came in without an appointment, worried about one of my tires being low only to find out that while the pressure was fine, it was on backwards (another east coast company had mounted three of four tires backwards and I didn’t find out about two of them until after my cross country move). Ethan was the tech that took care of me and he was not only incredibly helpful in catching that tired being on backwards, he was incredibly kind and patient and understanding with me being a super stress ball. Cannot thank Ethan and the staff enough for their help and get me in quickly and last minute!

Had a great experience at Les Schwab. I had my from struts and by back brakes replaced on my truck. I can’t thank the team enough for all the work they put it. They were quick and made the process easy, and expertly gave me advice on what my truck needed. Highly recommend Les Schwab.

Apparently Les Schwab will not install tires that you purchased someplace else, unless you are able to leave it with them for hours and they are able to do it at their convenience. I made an appt to have tires swapped as well as an alignment done. Unless you buy the tires from them, you are not allowed to make an appt. I was given some BS story about how they have to take extra care to not scratch or damage the wheels, again because I did not buy the tires from them. Wouldn't the same care need to be taken no matter where the tires were purchased? I have been a long standing customer of this particular Les Schwab for years, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Also wanted to mention that they were so busy that there were two guys standing around doing what appeared to be, not much. Took my car to Discount Tire off of University and County Line, as recommended by the Les Schwab employee, and they took care of business! Thank you Discount Tire!!
